A delightful family retreat

The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming, making us feel at home. The beautiful grounds provided an oasis, and the heated pool was a fantastic escape for the kids.

Unfortunately, the internet speed was frustratingly slow, which made it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, a fridge in the room would have been a great added convenience.

No fridge in the room makes it tough to keep drinks cool, especially in scorching weather. The pool is smaller than depicted in photos and not as refreshing as one would hope. Dining options are okay but not remarkable, and the wait for service can stretch longer than expected.

I was part of a family group attending a wedding, so we spent 7 nights in a King Room. The restaurant offered a variety of good meals, and the staff was always accommodating, even with our language challenges. Overall, it felt like a home away from home for us during this special trip.

After calling about this issue, I was promised a resolution that never materialized, leading to frustration during our stay. The lack of communication from the staff left me disappointed, especially after checking out without any follow-up on our experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Flamingo Inn. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, even assisting me with language barriers. The pool was a favorite, especially for my grandchildren, and the restaurant offered a delightful variety of delicious meals.

Cristian, Josemarie, and the rest of the staff were exceptionally helpful, with many speaking English, making my stay even more comfortable.

The only drawback was the need for faster internet.
